As a SaaS founder, some days it feels more than impossible. Five hundred pages of due diligence, back-to-backs all day long and a no at the bank at the end of it. It’s slow. It’s outdated. It’s bureaucratic. We’re here to change that.
From simplifying and speeding up the funding process, to offering a flexible credit line and being transparent with terms and fees, we do what we can to get you out of the red tape. Not to mention, our non-dilutive credit lets you stay in control and scale your business without selling out.
From simplifying and speeding up the funding process, to offering a flexible credit line and being transparent with terms and fees, we do what.

“As start-up founders ourselves, we have the vision to empower other founders by providing them the capital they need to focus on building their business without entering a never-ending fundraising mode.”
Cedric started Float with the intention of changing the way SMEs access capital. As an entrepreneur, he was frustrated with how antiquated the whole process was and went on a mission to provide founder-friendly capital. Previously, he was on the founding team of a beverage startup called Harmless Harvest in San Francisco, which now has 140 staff.
Before his entrepreneurial endeavours, Cedric worked for more than 10+ years in investment banking between, New York, London and Geneva. He also competed in the Olympics in Alpine Skiing. Cedric holds a bachelor of science degree in Finance from Boston College.

“As the former CEO and CFO of a B2B subscription business, I've experienced first-hand how hard it is for scale-ups to get a credit line from banks. The market isn't working, and we want to change that.”
Jannis joined Float in 2021 to combine his professional passions: B2B and finance in a start-up environment. Previously, he had worked for six years as CEO and CFO at the Swedish B2B retail-tech subscription scale-up Looklet. Before that, he worked at BCG in Germany and the U.S. for six years.
Jannis holds a Finance Masters from WHU Beisheim School of Management and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School where he tutored advanced risk management and finance. He is a passionate sailor (both cruising and hydrofoiling) and lives near Stockholm with his wife and his two daughters.
We know that building a great company takes being both soft and tough—expansive yet detailed, disciplined yet visionary. Our values hold all these ideas at once and make the whole greater than the sum of its parts.
