Business Account
Pricing
This document is part of the Float Business Account Terms and Conditions. It covers every fee you'll pay for your Business Account — what it costs, how it's calculated, and when it's collected. No hidden charges. What you see here is the full picture.
1. Your Subscription
We offer three packages. All prices are in EUR, billed monthly in advance.
| Standard | Premium | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly fee | €50 | €300 | €800 |
| Global Accounts included | 3 | 10 | 15 |
| Local transfers per month | 30 | 100 | 200 |
| SWIFT transfers per month | 2 | 10 | 20 |
2. Trial Period
Eligible new Business Accounts may be offered a Trial Period from the Activation Date. We may adjust eligibility criteria and duration for future subscriptions at our discretion.
During the trial, your monthly subscription fee is on us. Everything else — FX margins, transfer fees, Global Account fees — applies at standard rates from day one. These are transaction-related charges and aren't part of the trial waiver.
When the trial ends, your subscription automatically switches to paid at your Package rate.
3. Currency Conversion Fees
When you convert currencies, we apply a margin on top of the interbank mid-market rate. The margin depends on your Package and the currencies you're converting. When a conversion involves currencies from different groups, the higher margin applies.
3.1 FX Margins
| Currency Group | Standard | Premium | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Group 1 | 0.50% | 0.35% | 0.25% |
| Group 2 | 0.70% | 0.55% | 0.45% |
| Group 3 | 1.00% | 0.85% | 0.75% |
| Group 4 | 1.40% | 1.20% | 1.10% |
3.2 Currency Groups
| Group 1 | Group 2 | Group 3 | Group 4 |
|---|---|---|---|
| CHF – Swiss Franc | AED – UAE Dirham | BRL – Brazilian Real | All other supported currencies |
| DKK – Danish Krone | AUD – Australian Dollar | COP – Colombian Peso | |
| EUR – Euro | CAD – Canadian Dollar | INR – Indian Rupee | |
| GBP – British Pound | JPY – Japanese Yen | MXN – Mexican Peso | |
| NOK – Norwegian Krone | NZD – New Zealand Dollar | THB – Thai Baht | |
| SEK – Swedish Krona | |||
| USD – US Dollar |
We may update these groups from time to time. If we do, we'll let you know in line with Section 6.5 of the Business Account Terms and Conditions.
3.3 How It Works
The margin is built into the rate you see when you initiate a conversion. You always see the full rate before you confirm. The fee is deducted from the conversion amount at the point of execution.
3.4 Fair Use Guidance
Our Packages are designed for different levels of activity. As a guide, if your monthly FX conversions regularly exceed €200,000, Premium is likely a better fit. If they regularly exceed €700,000, consider Enterprise. We may reach out to suggest a Package change if your usage consistently exceeds these thresholds.
4. Transfer Fees
4.1 What's Included
Each Package comes with a monthly allocation of local and SWIFT SHA transfers (see Section 1). Your allocation resets at the start of each billing period. Unused transfers don't carry over.
4.2 Extra Transfer Fees
Go beyond your allocation? Here's what each additional transfer costs:
| Transfer type | Standard | Premium | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local transfer | €0.50 | €0.50 | €0.50 |
| SWIFT SHA transfer | €14.00 | €12.00 | €10.00 |
| SWIFT OUR transfer | €16.00 | €15.00 | €13.00 |
Swift SHA
Transfer fees are shared between you and the recipient. The recipient's bank may deduct additional charges from the amount received.
Swift OUR
You cover all fees. The recipient gets the full amount. Intermediary bank charges may still apply in some cases.
4.3 How It Works
You'll see the fee before you confirm any transfer. Extra transfer fees are collected by Float from your Airwallex Wallet.
5. Global Account Fees
5.1 What's Included
Each Package includes a set number of Global Accounts (see Section 1). No monthly maintenance fee on any of them.
5.2 Additional Global Accounts
Need more? You can open extra Global Accounts beyond your allocation, subject to availability and Airwallex approval. A one-time opening fee applies per additional account:
| Standard | Premium | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Additional Global Account | €2.50 | €2.25 | €2.00 |
The fee is collected from your Airwallex Wallet at the time of opening.
6. How and When We Collect Fees
6.1 Currency
All fees are in EUR. If your wallet doesn't have enough EUR at the time of deduction, we may convert from another currency you hold at the applicable rate, or delay the deduction in line with Section 6.3 of the Business Account Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Monthly Subscription
Your subscription is charged monthly in advance on the same date each month as your Activation Date. If that date doesn't exist in a given month (e.g., you activated on the 31st and the month has 30 days), we'll charge on the last day of that month. The first charge happens after your Trial Period ends.
6.3 Conversion Fees
FX margins are applied in real time. The margin is built into the rate and deducted from the conversion amount when it executes.
6.4 Transfer and Other Fees
Extra transfer fees, Global Account opening fees, and any other fees not covered above are collected by Float from your Airwallex Wallet at the time of the transaction.
6.5 Full Visibility
You can always see the following on your Business Account page in the Float platform: your current Package, the date and amount of your next subscription charge, how many transfers you've used and how many remain, and a history of all fees charged.
7. Changing Your Package
7.1 Upgrading
When you move to a higher Package:
- (a)New FX margins and transfer fees kick in immediately for all new transactions.
- (b)Your new monthly transfer allocation starts right away, prorated for the rest of the billing period.
- (c)The subscription difference is prorated and charged immediately from your wallet.
- (d)Additional included Global Accounts become available straight away.
7.2 Downgrading
When you move to a lower Package:
- (a)New FX margins and transfer fees kick in immediately for all new transactions.
- (b)The lower subscription fee starts from your next billing period. No refund for the current one.
- (c)Your new transfer allocation also starts from the next billing period.
- (d)Already opened Global Accounts stay open. If you have more than the new Package includes, the extras are just treated as additional accounts — no new opening fee since they're already open.
8. If We Change This Pricing
We may update this pricing from time to time. We'll give you reasonable prior written notice, in line with Section 6.5 of the Business Account Terms and Conditions.
